Elizabeth Leigh Vassey

American actress Elizabeth Leigh Vassey was born on the 9th of August the year 1972. She is known for her roles as Emily Ann Sago, Captain Liberty and Captain Liberty in All My Children and in The Tick. Wendy Simms played in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in 2001, Wendy Beaumont, in Nikki & Nora in Nikki & Nora. Vassey was the teenage Emily Ann Sago in All My Children, 1988-1991. She was a recurring character on the television series Tru Calling, as Dr. Carrie Allen. She was also a part of several seasons and episodes of Two and a Half Men. Vassey played Wendy Simms' recurring role on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation from 2005 until 2010. Beginning with the tenth season, Vassey was promoted to a regular cast member and started appearing in the opening credits of the show. Entertainment Weekly reported June 1 in 2010, that Vassey will not be returning for the show's 11th season. She guested in one episode of that season.Vassey was a guest on Joss Whedon's web-based musical Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along blog with the name "Fury Leika". Vassey, who is married to David Emmerichs (a camera operator), started Neurosis To A T(ee) which is a business that designs and sells T-shirts with slogans for women. The slogans are typically humorous and refer to female anxieties and neuroses.
