Abbie Cornish is an Australian actress. She began modeling at age 13 and performed her first acting gig at the age of 15. After her modeling career, she appeared in a myriad of television and film programs. Cornish is well-known for her role in the historical films like 'Elizabeth The Golden Age', the courtier Bess Tharockmorton, and the heroin addict in Candy. She also played the role of Lindy in the sci fi thriller 'Limitless' and Fanny Brawne as Fanny Brawne's character in the biopic "Bright Star. Her TV appearances include "Outriders" and Marking Time'. Cornish is a rapper and singer has been performing as MC Dusk since 2000. Born in New South Wales, and was raised by her three siblings and a brother. Her parents divorced after she turned 16. Abbie was able to overcome the hurt of divorce by focusing to pursue a career. The Australian beauty enjoys playing the piano and guitar, but she prefers acting to everything else. Cornish is a vegan and is a proponent of the rights of animals. She also contributes to organizations that protect animals at times. Abbie Cornish was birthed in Lochinvar (New South Wales), Australia on 7 August 1982. Abbie Cornish is the second of the five children of Barry and Shelley Cornish. Isabelle Corish is her older sister, and she is an actress. In her romantic life, she once dated Ryan Phillippe from 2006 to 2010.
